NSBA Announces Smoker Craft Sponsorship

The National Striped Bass Association is pleased to announce Smoker Craft Boats as a major sponsor for the 2003 NSBA/Shakespeare Striper Tour.

The 2003 NSBA/Shakespeare Striper Tour will cover 13 states and 28 different freshwater lakes. The tournament trail consist of NSBA members competing in local sanctioned striped bass tournaments for points to qualify for an invitation to the Regional Championship and on to the National Championship event. Each Regional and National event will host a purse of over $100,000 in cash and prizes.

Smoker Craft boats has agreed to sponsor the NSBA/Shakspeare striper tour as a tournament title. Smoker Craft boats will be the title sponsor for the "Smoker Craft" Lake Lanier Classic, with a 17 foot Deep "V" Stealth boat as the grand prize and is scheduled for February 8th, 2003. The NSBA will be shooting 13 of the 60 sanctioned events next year to air on a national TV show on the Outdoor Channel. The "Smoker Craft" Lake Lanier Classic will be one of the scheduled televised events.

The NSBA is excited about the upcoming 2003 season and looks forward to working with Smoker Craft and their dealers to help promote Smoker Craft Boats.
